A workshop series that comprises three workshops of three hours each.

Firstly, you will see that playing music is movement.
Secondly, it will become clear that we often move from imaginary joints, creating tension and work in the wrong places.
We will make a tour through the most important joints.
You will improve your kinesthetic awareness (proprioception). Aside from this, you will find out what good posture really is and how to get it without strain.
Looking at reflexes, senses,  thought patterns and expectancy patterns  will  reveal how your brain, movement and playing making are connected.
This will give you a new bodily awareness, a makeover that will boost your teaching and functioning.
