PRACTICAL INFORMATION

All these workshops aim for better selfcare, wellbeing
and more focused movement and posture.

We use science based information and there is a lot of fun too.

Workshops take 2 hours.
For groups up to max 40. Franklin Method balls and bands are used.

Keynote, props and anatomical models.

I will distribute handouts. You don’t have to take notes.

You may find the exercises liberating on a personal and group level.
