
BREATHING FOR PROS
Explaining how breath technique feels for oneself is often personal and therefore difficult to convey.
In this course, we utilise the scientifically supported Franklin methodology of “embodiment.” Here, you gradually learn to sense functional-anatomical insight in your body. You become acquainted with all relevant muscles, joints, external, and psychological forces. Because breathing is linked to numerous factors, these are also incorporated into the process: tension, posture, movement, coordination, physiology, etc.
All this knowledge is linked to making music and musical intention. This way, breathing truly feels “natural,” and you can also convey it to others.
This course can be tailored as an introductory session (1 part) or as a 3-part workshop series.
