BODY, MIND, MUSIC

Firstly, you will see that playing music involves movement. Secondly, it will become clear that we often move from imaginary joints, creating tension and working in the wrong places. We will make a tour through the most important joints.

You will improve your kinesthetic awareness (proprioception). Aside from this, you will find out what good posture really is and how to achieve it without strain.

Looking at reflexes, thought patterns, and expectancy patterns will reveal how your brain, movement, and playing are connected. This will give you a new bodily awareness, a makeover that will boost your teaching and functioning.
